About the PixieReport server.

PixieReport constructs pixel paperdoll images from airport weather conditions. It is an homage to Tamsin Bowles' original Weatherpixie.com site.
The site is intended to support bookmarking URLs for including PixieReport images in other pages, similar to the original Weatherpixie.
